Keeping a detailed account of your day-to-day life is a great way to clear your mind, reduce stress and encourage creativity.

Write in your journal first thing in the morning, it will not only wake your brain up for the day but it is proven that you are more creative when tired. So let those ideas loose and de-stress for the day.

Give your eyes a rest from looking at screens all day. Write down to-do lists, plans or ambitions into your journal. This is a great way of keeping track of your personal growth.
