How to start Journaling
Keeping a detailed account of your day-to-day life is a great way to clear your mind, reduce stress and encourage creativity.
Write in your journal first thing in the morning, it will not only wake your brain up for the day but it is proven that you are more creative when tired. So let those ideas loose and de-stress for the day.
Write a list of places, items or memories on separate pieces of paper and put them in a jar. Each day you can pick out something new to write about.
